Your data is on a Danish ISO security-certified web hotel and we have also protected the site in the following ways:
- Operation monitoring (gets a notification if the page is down 24/7)
- Daily backup that is saved for 30 days
- Anti hacking software placed on the website/webshop and the page is scanned weekly for malicious software
- Access to the page and data is monitored and access is closed after 5 unsuccessful attempts.
- Audit log of who/what/when changes have been made to the page
- Continuous updating of the site's software to minimize hacking attacks
- SSL certificate placed on the page so it runs https
Period of storage
The information is kept for the period of time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
Dissemination of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you give written consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU and all have a data processor agreement with them.
Insights and complaints
You have the right to be informed about which personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option of contacting The Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
