If a special menu is desired, a supplement of DKK 45 per special menu.
Unfortunately, we cannot take into account lactose allergies or vegetarians on this menu.

The menu is composed of the season's best ingredients, where the head chef has determined the menu for you - so let yourself be surprised.
We hold lunch closed in January, February and March and will open for lunch again from April.
We are still open in the evening and look forward to seeing you :-)

Lunch:
For lunch on 28.12.24 we have opened our A la carte menu, as well as our 3- and 5-course menus.
We therefore do not serve our usual lunch menu.
Evening:
In the evening we offer boats our regular menus and A la carte
– Lunch is served on Saturday from 12.00 to 2.00 p.m. –
On Saturday you can enjoy a lunch at Bindingsværket, where you have the opportunity to put together the lunch you want to enjoy.
